Shalene Morrison, CEO
Red Carpet Realty was founded by Shalene Morriosn. Mrs. Morrison has served in many roles in the corporate real estate industry, for over 19 years. She was formerly a Director in the Legal Department at Wingspan Portfolio Advisors. There she oversaw the compliance initiative of the subservicing functions, as well as developed and deployed new policies and procedures that required inclusion of all existing and new CFPB laws. Mrs. Morrison also served as an Operations Sales Manager at Vendor Resource Management, overseeing Freddie Mac’s foreclosure portfolio of nation-wide distressed assets. The marketing & analysis function for the distressed asset business was her primary focus. As an Entrepreneur and Real Estate Broker of Red Carpet Realty, she has sold assets for Fannie Mae, Citibank, Chase Bank, Nationstar Mortgage & other corporate sellers. In this capacity, she led Marketing in retail & wholesale distribution models, prime & non-prime lending environments, and in for-sale and portfolio real estate operations. Prior to Red Carpet Realty, Mrs.Morrison was a Closing Vendor Manager at Fannie Mae. She managed a network of foreclosure attorneys and title companies, nationwide. As a Customer Account Specialist with Fannie Mae she assisted in negotiations of the secondary marketing transactions in exchange for mortgage backed-securities. In her 10 year tenure in various roles, she was a top performer and won many corporate awards. Her passion for real estate allows her to share the power of real estate transacting with her clients today.
